Electrical insulation/voltage resistance

The electrical insulation (volume resistivity) of the highly durable STK net wire has been confirmed from the measurement results. In addition, regarding the withstand voltage, we conducted a voltage test with DC 20000V and AC 40000V and confirmed that there is no effect on the wires.

Lightweight

Maximus Nets are lightweight, and this makes them easy to handle and install. They are also easy to terminate, and this can significantly reduce the installation time and cost. Moreover, Maximus Nets are highly resistant to moisture, making them ideal for use in environments with high humidity or where water exposure is a concern.

The weight of the highly durable Maximus net is about 1/5 (560 g/m2) of the general wire mesh (3.2φ x 50 x 50), and it is possible to secure work efficiency and safety in places where mechanical work is difficult. It also helps reduce environmental pollution caused by working with heavy machinery. • Polyester has a specific gravity of 1.38 (iron is 7.86).

Net breaking resistance

Contrary to standard wire mesh, which breaks repeatedly and cannot be easily mended, this mesh is twisted twice into the shape of a hexagonal and thus maximus net doesn't break continuously.

Economy

Ordinary wire mesh has a lifespan of 2 to 6 years in environments like salt-damaged areas and volcanic areas, while the very resilient Maximus net has a lifespan of 15 years or more due to its history of outside exposure and material properties. 

Lightweight and economical

Due to its lightweight and the fact that it is produced and supplied as a factory product, it does not require building site assembly like traditional wire mesh baskets, which decreases labor efficiency and permits a single-day construction period.
